You've just placed an order for your latest brew, and realised you've forgotten that one important piece...
Don't worry!
You can now place additional orders, and merge them with your existing orders that haven't yet started being prepared for shipping. Usual cut off time is 6am AEST.
1. Make sure you're signed in. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for one here
2. Add cards as per normal to cart, and then visit the
cart page.
3. If you're signed in, and your order hasn't been prepared, you should see a blue banner that looks like this:
It appears you have an unshipped order. We've made a shipping option available for you to merge these orders together.
4. You'll find the shipping option, Merge with Existing Order, already preselected. There's a small charge here to cover the transaction fees and additional handling.
If you wish to have this order shipped seperately, just select another shipping method when you checkout.
Easy! Our team will handle the rest and will make sure all your orders are bundled and sent out in together!
