25% Bonus for Store Credit!

Selling cards to MTG MATE is a breeze. Just follow these steps!
  • 1. Sign up for a user account
  • 2. Add cards to your buylist cart. You can browse by set or search by card name. Ensure you add only NEAR MINT cards you intend to sell. At this stage, we cannot accept any other conditions.
    Currently, we do not accept planeswalker stamped promo cards, so please do not add them to your buylist order.
  • 3. When you've completed your cart, click proceed.
  • 4. Choose Cash or Store Credit. Store Credit attracts a 25% bonus! If you choose cash, please ensure you fill out your bank details correctly. Once completed, click Submit Order.

    Note: Store Credit is not redeemable for cash.

    If incorrect bank details are provided, we will resend payment after corrections and deduct any incurred fees. If funds are unrecoverable (e.g., sent to an incorrect but valid account), we will not resend payment.

  • 5. Unsleeve all your cards and pack them securely in the order displayed at checkout.

    Use toploaders, deck boxes, or standard card boxes for posting cards. Fill empty spaces with bubble wrap, bulk commons, or used sleeves to prevent movement in transit. We are unable to retrun any packaging materials.

    Do not use rubber bands to secure your cards; they may cause damage. Unordered or sleeved shipments over 20 cards will incur a 10% handling fee.

  • 6. Get your buylist order to us!

    You can drop them off at our store or mail them to:

    Do not post or courier items to an address other than the one above. We are not responsible for shipments that do not arrive; tracking or insurance is recommended.

    Orders must be dropped off or mailed within 3 days of submission. Delays may result in repricing or cancellation.

  • 7. Once received, we will process your order within 3 business days. Any rejected cards will be noted.

    Occasionally we may take longer than 3 days if we are experiencing a larger than normal backlog, typically around holiday periods.

  • 8. When completed, payment for accepted cards will be transferred to your bank account. Store credit will be applied immediately.
  • 9. Rejected cards will be mailed back to you using the provided address. We reserve the right to reject any card for any reason.
  • You can view the status of your shipments at any time via the user menu.
