If incorrect bank details are provided, we will resend payment after corrections and deduct any incurred fees. If funds are unrecoverable (e.g., sent to an incorrect but valid account), we will not resend payment.
Use toploaders, deck boxes, or standard card boxes for posting cards. Fill empty spaces with bubble wrap, bulk commons, or used sleeves to prevent movement in transit. We are unable to retrun any packaging materials.
Do not use rubber bands to secure your cards; they may cause damage. Unordered or sleeved shipments over 20 cards will incur a 10% handling fee.

Orders must be dropped off or mailed within 3 days of submission. Delays may result in repricing or cancellation.
Occasionally we may take longer than 3 days if we are experiencing a larger than normal backlog, typically around holiday periods.
